3. Cook food that won’t spoil if there any delays. Things like hearty casseroles or tagines are great examples, and particularly good if the weather is cold. Bakes and roasts also work really well in cooler weather.
4. The one rule you cannot forget, is to keep it simple! This is the most important tip to ensure that you are able to have as much fun as your guests.
